4-[3-(4-Butoxyphenoxy)propyl]morpholine hydrochloride

Safe. Compatible. Minimal risk for breastfeeding and infant.

It is a local anesthetic and antipruritic used for the relief of pain and itching associated with minor skin conditions and anorectal disorders (minor burns, insect bites, hives from exposure to nettles and hemorrhoids). Topical application.

At the date of the last update we did not find any published data on its excretion in breast milk.

Anesthetic drugs for topical use, both dermatological and odontological, have almost nil absorption when properly used.

Accidental ingestion of Pramocaine causes oral irritation, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. (Spiller 2006)

It is irritating to the mucous membranes. Do not apply on the breast. 

It has very few bibliographical references, and is sold in few countries
