It is the succinic acid ester of pyridoxine and deanol. It has been administered orally as a maleate in the treatment of impaired mental function, with no published evidence.
At the date of the last update, the authors did not find any published data on its excretion in breast milk.
The absence of known pharmacokinetic data does not allow to predict a possible excretion in breast milk.
Product with practically no bibliographical references or technical data sheet, marketed in very few countries. It is considered a drug of low therapeutic utility. (SEFAP 2012, INSALUD 2001)
