Safe product and/or breastfeeding is the best option.

Acetic acid, or vinegar, is used as a topical antibacterial, antifungal, and antiprotozoal in vaginal gels and douches, douches, topical preparations for skin, nails, and eardrops, and as an expectorant. Indicated to treat warts, calluses, jellyfish stings and infections of the external auditory canal and vaginal. It is also used to adjust pH in injectable solutions and in hair straightening procedures.
Vinegar is a solution of 5 to 10% acetic acid in water, it is produced by double fermentation of sugar from grapes, apples or other vegetables to alcohol and from this to vinegar; It is used as a gastronomic condiment, food preservative and cleaning product.

At the date of the last update we did not find any published data on its excretion in breast milk.

The poor plasma absorption of most topical dermatological and otological preparations makes it unlikely that a significant amount will pass into breast milk.

Its extensive and ancient use as a food seasoning excludes any risk during lactation.
